We have received reports from clients getting errors while accessing Blackboard.  This is an issue with Blackboard content that has been cached within web browsers.  To resolve this issue:

  1. Clear your browser cache and then restart your browser.  See:  How do I clear my web browser cache?
  2. Verify that you are using the most recent version of the your browser.

If clearing the cache and restarting your browser does not resolve the issue, please update your version of Java:

  • Windows:  Visit the Java website and follow their instructions.
  • Mac:  Select Software Update from the Apple Menu.
