This issue has been resolved and tests that display one question at a time should now work correctly.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of a current issue with Blackboard Learn tests that are set up to display one question at a time. If a student stays on any given question for more than 3 minutes, Blackboard automatically submits the test when the student attempts to navigate to the next question. The test is automatically submitted even if the student has not finished.
We are asking instructors to change the test options to display all questions on one page until further notice.
ITS has reported this issue to Blackboard, Inc., and Blackboard is working to resolve it. ITS will provide an update when this issue has been resolved.
