Information Technology Services (ITS) has corrected an issue that prevented the synchronization of passwords with Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) for some users.
Users who reset their passwords between 6 a.m. September 8 and 10:30 a.m. September 16 were not able to use their new password with email applications on Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows.
If you reset your password during this time and are are no longer able to use locally installed email software to access your email, you should perform another password reset at reset.uncg.edu.
