- Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)
- Computer Account Creation and Account Status
- Banner INB
- Degree Works
- Banner security app
- Automic Application Manager (“UC4”)
- Banner eProcurement
- SciQuest – e-Marketplace
- WebFOCUS reporting against Banner Production
During the maintenance window, intermittent outages may occur for the following:
- ODS Production (ODSP)
- WebFOCUS reporting against ODS Production and other data sources
Other major ITS services will continue to be available, including Canvas, iSpartan (Google apps, e.g. Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Box, WebEx, and Office 365.
When: Saturday, October 1, 5:00 a.m. until Sunday, October 2, 6:00 p.m.
Why: Information Technology Services (ITS) will implement multiple upgrades to Banner modules
