Canvas has reported that they have fixed the issue that has been experienced with the Canvas Mobile app. Canvas has pushed a new version of the app to the application stores. Please visit the app store with your mobile device and update your Canvas app to version 3.17.1.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of problems with the Canvas Mobile app, preventing users from performing various tasks. It is unclear what the cause is, or how widespread the problems are. ITS will update this article with more information as it becomes available.
If users experience problems, ITS recommends using Canvas via a desktop or laptop computer until the issues are resolved.
