ITS has received confirmation that the issue with WebEx access from Canvas is now resolved. We are unaware of any ongoing problems at this time.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of problems with WebEx access from Canvas. Users are currently unable to load sessions, recordings, and other data from within Canvas. The cause of the problem is unclear. ITS will update this article with more information as it becomes available.

Direct access to WebEx is not affected; users may log in to WebEx to host sessions by visiting http://webex-facstaff.uncg.edu (faculty and staff hosts). Direct meeting links may also be sent to recipients as needed.
