There are reports of services beginning to show improvements, but we have not received an official “all clear” from any of service providers affected by the issues with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Expect continued intermittent issues until then.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS) that is affecting multiple UNCG services.
The current list of impacted services includes:
- Canvas – users are unable to log in
- Qualtrics – users are unable to log in
- Box – users may receive errors when uploading / viewing content
