Yesterday’s Webex login problems were resolved by approximately 8 p.m. last night. We are unaware of any ongoing problems at this time.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of some intermittent problems with access to WebEx. Users who attempt to log in with their UNCG account at http://webex-facstaff.uncg.edu are occasionally being shown the error message “Invalid SAML assertion.”
The vast majority of problems have been solved by:
- Logging out of all UNCG services (iSpartan, Canvas, Box, etc.)
- Clearing the browser’s cache and cookies
- Closing all browser windows and exiting the browser entirely
- Restarting the computer
ITS is still investigating the root cause of problems that are not fixed by taking the above steps. ITS will update this article with more information as it becomes available.
