All problems related to the maintenance work on Wednesday have been resolved and services are operating normally.

ITS continues to work on a few remaining issues resulting from yesterday’s maintenance work.

Login service for VPN and Proteus services were resolved yesterday.

At this time, most services have been returned to normal operation. Two services are still being remedied:

  • VPN
  • Proteus

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting multiple campus services, including:

  • Pharos printing
  • VPN
  • Proteus
  • Remedy
  • Web applications written in ASP.net 3.5

The issue began at approximately 7 a.m. following a planned change. ITS has investigated the issue and is currently testing a fix to resolve the problem.
