Beginning Friday, June 30 at 7 a.m., Information Technology Services (ITS) will begin using new service management software. This will bring changes to ITS communications and online support offerings:
- Tickets for client support will be handled in a new system. As work occurs on these tickets, emails will be generated from a new non-UNCG address (firstname.lastname@example.org). Examples of some of these emails can be found in the Verified Campus Communications Repository (VCCR).
- 6-tech.uncg.edu will redirect to a new self-service portal which will eventually replace the ITS Service Catalog.
