Faulty network equipment, which was responsible for the earlier connectivity issue of the wired ISP network, was identified and replaced today. Connectivity on this network is working normally now and no further issues are expected.

A temporary fix has been put in place that has restored connectivity for computers connected to the wired ISP network. Work continues on a permanent solution.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting web site access for users of the wired ISP Network. Until this issue is resolved, computers connected to this network will not be able to access web content.

ITS apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this issue. This article will be updated as more information as it becomes available.
