The problem causing the issues with access to WebEx via Canvas has been resolved (see details from the status page of the service that hosts CirQlive). We are unaware of any ongoing problems at this time.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of problems with access to WebEx via Canvas (using the CirQlive service). Users are currently unable to load WebEx sessions, recordings, and other data from within Canvas. The service that hosts CirQlive has acknowledged the issue on their status page.

The exact cause of the problem is unclear, though UNCG is not the only affected user base.

Direct access to WebEx is not affected; users may log in to WebEx to host sessions by visiting http://webex-facstaff.uncg.edu (faculty and staff hosts). Direct meeting links may also be sent to recipients as needed. This workaround should be used for any instructors holding WebEx sessions for their courses until this issue is resolved.
