Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue that prevented UNCG from receiving phone calls from off-campus this morning. The outage window was from approximately 10:15 a.m. through 11:00 a.m.
The issue has been resolved and all voice services are working normally at this time. ITS will continue to monitor the situation.
