There is an intermittent, sporadic issue with outbound faxing from on-campus to off-campus locations. As of now, three campus locations are affected.
Inbound faxing and outbound faxing to other campus locations has not presented issues.
The matter was investigated by ITS Voice Services and was then referred to third tier vendor support. The issue has since been escalated to the Software/Hardware vendor.
ITS Voice Services and vendors will continue to work on the problem.
