The issue with MyCloud has been resolved and the service appears to be working normally. ITS apologizes for any inconvenience and will continue to monitor the situation.

ITS continues to work on the issue affecting access to MyCloud. Our vendor has provided a possible fix for the issue, which ITS will install at 5pm today. The installation of this fix may cause up to 1 hour of downtime for all of MyCloud.

ITS expects services to be restored by 6pm.

This article will be updated when the issue is resolved or if more information becomes available.

ITS continues to work on the issue affecting access to MyCloud.

At this time, users should still be able to use MyCloud, but may see the messages “Connection Interrupted” and “Connection Restored” as the service continues to experience issues.
