The issue with Banner 8 via MyCloud has been resolved and the service appears to be working normally.

The outage occurred between 8:10 a.m. and 10:25 a.m. and was caused by an anti-virus definition update from Microsoft.

ITS apologizes for any inconvenience.

If you were in a Banner 8 session when the outage occurred, you may need to restart the session by logging out of and then back in to the Citrix Receiver.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of a problem this morning with Banner 8 not launching via MyCloud and is working to resolve the issue.

Banner 9 via MyCloud is working normally.

ITS apologizes for any inconvenience and will update this article as more information becomes available or when the problem is resolved.
