Update (Resolved): 02-04-2019, 1:20 p.m.  

An issue affecting MyCloud occurred today between 9:36 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. ITS confirms that the MyCloud service is restored and functioning normally.

ITS is still investigating the root cause of the outage, and continues to monitor service. If you experience any issues with MyCloud, please contact 6-TECH.

As of 12:15 p.m., Information Technology Services (ITS) the MyCloud outage is ongoing. ITS continues to investigate.

Access to all MyCloud resources including the Student Desktop, Campus Desktop, and Banner 9 services is still impacted.

ITS continues to monitor the issue. This article will be updated with more information as it becomes available.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting MyCloud.

This issue is preventing access to all MyCloud resources including the Student Desktop, Campus Desktop, and Banner 9 services.
