Update (Resolved): 2/18/2019, 11:00 a.m.

An issue affecting Google, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webex account activation occurred between 10:00 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2019, and 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 18, 2019. ITS confirms that account activation is restored and functioning normally. ITS will continue to monitor service.

All account activations that were affected have now been created successfully. ITS recommends that affected users reset their passwords to successfully set their google mobility passwords.

Information Technology Services (ITS) confirms that there are ongoing issues affecting Account Activation for Google, as well Adobe Creative Cloud and Webex.

Currently this issue is only affecting users who have attempted to activate a new account within the last 24 hours.  ITS continues to troubleshoot the issue and will update this article with more information as it becomes available.
