ITS resolved one of the issues affecting MyCloud. The workaround that was reported on 2/27/19 is working again. If you experience issues with your MyCloud connection, relaunch the application. This should reconnect the session.

ITS continues to work with the vendor to resolve the remaining MyCloud connectivity issue.

ITS continues to monitor and work with the vendor to resolve issues with MyCloud that were reported on Thursday. This morning, there was an increase in user login errors. The workaround that was previously communicated no longer works.

ITS continues to work with the vendor to resolve the MyCloud connectivity issue.

In the meantime, if you experience issues with your MyCloud connection, relaunch the application. This should reconnect the session.

ITS continues to work with the vendor to resolve the MyCloud access issue. At this time, the connectivity issues appear to be intermittent. Not all sessions and resources are affected.
