UPDATE (Resolved): 02-13-2019, 6:05 a.m.

An issue affecting Gmail and Google Drive, occurred last night between 10:35 p.m. and 2:15 a.m. ITS confirms that both services are restored and functioning normally. ITS will continue to monitor service.

Symptoms experienced by affected users included unexpected error messages, general slowness, or being unable to download files.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting some features within Gmail and Google Drive. Symptoms experienced by affected users include unexpected error messages, general slowness, or being unable to download files.
