Between 10:40 a.m. and 11:15 a.m, there was an issue that affected MyCloud. ITS confirms that the MyCloud service is restored and functioning normally.

ITS continues to monitor service. If you experience any issues with MyCloud, please contact 6-TECH.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting MyCloud.

This issue is preventing access to all MyCloud resources including the Student Desktop, Campus Desktop, and Banner 9 services.
