Update (Resolved): 7/30/2019, 11:15 a.m.

On July 30, between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., there was an issue affecting MyCloud. Service has been restored and is functioning normally.

ITS will continue to monitor this service.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
