On November 22, 2019, between approximately 8:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m., there was an issue that affected software access.

ITS confirms that the issue is resolved and service is restored.

ITS is aware of an issue that may prevent users from accessing Microsoft Office, Citrix, and other applications.

We are working to resolve the issue.
