On 12-15-19, between 8:20 a.m and 9:15 a.m, there was an issue that affected MyCloud. ITS confirms that the MyCloud service is restored and functioning normally. ITS will continue to monitor the service.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting MyCloud.
MyCloud is currently unavailable everywhere except computer labs.
ITS will update the ITS System Status page as more information becomes available.
