What: MyCloud User Profile Reset

When: Friday, January 3, 2020

Why: Spring 2020 semester refresh 

Information Technology Services (ITS) will reset all user profiles for the Campus Desktop in MyCloud. User profiles store application and Windows OS settings, including custom printer or drive mappings. 

Note: Personal files stored in folders, such as Desktop or Documents, will not be deleted from the Campus Desktop. 

ITS will also reset all data for the Student Desktop in MyCloud. This includes personal files saved to the Desktop and Documents folders. Log into MyCloud before January 3 to move data to the S Drive (if you have one), or use Kumo to move files to Google Drive, Box, or OneDrive.
