What: Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) phone maintenance

When: Friday, March 6, 2020

On Friday, March 6, Cisco VoIP phones may experience a reset after 6:00 p.m. due to system maintenance. The reset should take two minutes or less.

In the unlikely event that a phone does not restart properly after the two-minute firmware update, unplug the power cable, wait 15 seconds, then plug in the power cable again. If this does not resolve the issue, contact 6-TECH.
