What: Identify Finder/Spirion client upgrade

In February, Information Technology Services (ITS) postponed announced upgrades for Identify Finder/Spirion. Those upgrades are now resuming.

Most Windows computers on the UNCG General Computing Network (GCN) will get this upgrade during the regular Windows monthly updates. Windows computers not on the GCN will get the upgrade directly from the new Spirion Console Server beginning March 30, 2020.

Client Action Required

The upgrade installation starts automatically but may require a computer restart to be completed.

This update does not apply to computers running macOS. Currently, there is no Identity Finder or Spirion client for macOS.
