The Zoom outage that started at approximately 8:50 a.m. this morning is resolved.

ITS and Zoom continue to monitor service.

Zoom reports an outage for services accessed from the zoom.uncg.edu website and through SSO login for multiple customers. Access may still be possible through the Zoom app.

Zoom is working to resolve the problem. Information Technology Services (ITS) continues to monitor the situation and will update this news article with more information when it becomes available.
