The Azure outage that began at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 28, has been resolved. ITS and Microsoft continue to monitor service.

UPDATE: ITS continues to monitor Microsoft’s progress correcting the Azure outage that began at approximately 5:30 p.m.

As of 9:10 p.m., authentication services are improving, but still intermittent.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting UNCG Authentication Services that is affecting multiple services, including the 6-TECH Service Portal (ServiceNow), Google, Zoom, Office 365, and other services.

Microsoft (the authentication vendor) has acknowledged this issue, and ITS is continuing to monitor developments. Follow Azure Status for updates.
