From Monday, November 30, 2020, until Saturday, December 5, 2020, during final exams, the ITS Service Desk will extend service hours as follows:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – midnight
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

During these hours, clients can reach 6-TECH by phone, email, chat, or opening a ticket via Fix It.

Outside of the hours of operation, clients can leave a message, send an email, or open a ticket. Client needs will be addressed during the next open shift.
