Information Technology Services (ITS) has temporarily halted new enrollment of macOS systems into Jamf. There is an issue that affects computers that are connected to the UNCG network (home networks are not impacted). ITS is working to address this issue and will re-enable Jamf enrollment soon.
ITS apologizes for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
For computers that have already enrolled in Jamf, ITS has permanently enabled the Local Login option on the new login screen.
If you experience login issues, use the Local Login button to sign-in directly to the local account on your computer, then enter your local account credentials.
The username will be your previous Mac username, which may not be the same as your UNCG username. Your password is your UNCG password.
If a window appears directing you to sign-in to Jamf Connect, exit out of the window. Do not sign in.
