In a continuing effort to address issues affecting Microsoft Teams Voice, ITS will perform troubleshooting and maintenance work at 5:30 p.m. Teams Voice service may be impacted. 

Calls that are in progress during the maintenance period are not expected to be affected. New calls that begin during the maintenance period may be dropped.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of and working on an issue affecting Microsoft Teams Voice that is preventing some outbound calls from the Microsoft Teams Voice service.
