The fourth and final week of Cybersecurity Awareness Month is all about making security a priority. 

For institutions like UNCG, this means building security into the products and processes we use every day. 

As individuals and members of the UNCG community we should…

• Complete required cybersecurity training to keep the organization safe. 
• Stay on top of patches and updates to the devices and software we use.
• Research new devices and online products before purchasing them. 
• Consider security and privacy settings when we set up new devices and apps. 

Prioritize cybersecurity! It’s too important to be an afterthought.
