Update 11/15/2021, 1:30 p.m.

At approximately 10:00 a.m, Information Technology Services (ITS) was made aware of an issue that affected Microsoft Teams Voice. While ITS confirms that these services are now functioning normally, we will continue to monitor the service.

ITS apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue that is affecting some calls made through MS Teams Voice to and from non-Teams Voice phone lines. Internal Teams Voice calls are not affected. 

ITS will monitor the situation and update this news article as more information becomes available.
