Update (Resolved): 1/18/2022, 10:00 a.m.

At approximately 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, ITS became aware of an issue that affected multiple campus technology services. These services are now functioning normally. 

ITS will continue to monitor the services.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting multiple campus technology services. Cloud services such as Canvas, Google, and Microsoft Office 365 do not seem to be affected. 

ITS is working to resolve the situation and will update this article with more information as it becomes available.
