Who: Campus phone users

What: Planned maintenance for the campus phone system

When: Wednesday, June 15, 2022, 5:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Why: Additional work is needed to remove the AT&T configuration from the campus phone system, which was migrated to Microsoft Teams.

Calls to and from campus phones on the UNCG network will be intermittently unavailable between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Service is expected to return to normal operation after 7:30 a.m.  

Emergency lines such as fire alarm lines, elevator lines, areas of rescue, and most blue towers will not be affected by this change and will continue to operate as normal.
