At approximately 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, ITS reported an outage on the SEGRA network that impacted incoming and outgoing calls at UNCG. 

At 6:03 p.m., the vendor reported that the issue was resolved. ITS will continue to monitor the service.

ITS has been made aware of an outage impacting its telephone/voice system. This is a carrier issue impacting all incoming calls and some outgoing calls. Internal Microsoft Teams calls are not impacted. Callers may receive “all circuits are busy at this time.” 

ITS will continue to monitor the service.
