At approximately 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 18, ITS reported an outage on the SEGRA network that impacted incoming and outgoing calls at UNCG. 

At 11:00  a.m., the vendor reported that the issue was resolved. ITS will continue to monitor the service.

ITS has been made aware of an outage impacting its telephone/voice system. This is a carrier issue impacting all incoming calls and some outgoing calls. Internal Microsoft Teams calls are not impacted. Callers may receive an “all circuits are busy at this time” message.

ITS will continue to monitor the service.  For updates, please refer to Voice Service Status – 6-TECH.
