As previously announced, over the last several weeks the MyCloud gateway was migrated to a cloud-based solution. As of Saturday, October 15, the migration is complete, and users must now have a recently released version* of the Citrix Workspace app to access MyCloud.
If you do not have a recent version installed, your Workspace app will not work until you upgrade the app: MyCloud: How to Upgrade the Citrix Workspace App
If problems persist, reset and configure the app.

- Windows: 21.6.X.X (2106) or later. To check your version, right-click on the Citrix icon in the system tray and choose Advanced Preferences.
- Mac: 22.03.1.X or later. To check your version, open the About Citrix Workspace option from the Citrix Workspace app menu.
