Who: Students, faculty, and staff
When: Monday, January 30, 2023, through Friday, February 9, 2023, starting at 10:00 p.m. each night until 7:00 a.m. the following morning.
What: Information Technology Services (ITS) will replace the wireless access points across Campus according to the schedule below. During the upgrade, wireless service may be intermittent or unavailable for a brief time.
No changes are required on your devices following the upgrade. However, if you have any issues, please submit a 6-TECH ticket, call 6-TECH at (336) 256-TECH (8324), or email 6-TECH@uncg.edu for technical assistance.
