Who: Students, faculty, and staff

When: Tuesday, March 14th, and Wednesday, March 15th, from 10:00 p.m. each night until 7:00 a.m. the following morning.

What: Information Technology Services (ITS) will replace the network switches in the JSNN building on Tuesday, and the MHRA building on Wednesday. During the upgrade, wired and wireless services may be intermittent or unavailable.

Service disruptions are not anticipated after the upgrades however if you experience issues with the wireless or wired services, submit a 6-TECH ticket, call 6-TECH at (336) 256-TECH (8324), or email [email protected] for technical assistance.
