Information Technology Services (ITS) has corrected an issue that prevented the synchronization of passwords with Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) for some users. Users who reset their passwords between 6 a.m. September 8 and 10:30 a.m. September 16 were not able to use their new password with email applications on Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows. [Read More]
