On Friday, November 13, starting at approximately 6:00 p.m., Blackboard service was temporarily disrupted. Service was restored at 8:30 p.m. Information Technology Services (ITS) apologizes for any inconvenience this service disruption may have caused. Information Technology Services (ITS) has corrected an issue that prevented the synchronization of passwords with Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) for some users. Users who reset their passwords between 6 a.m. September 8 and 10:30 a.m. September 16 were not able to use their new password with email applications on Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows. [Read More]

As previously announced (Blackboard Learn Maintenance Calendar, 2015-2016), Blackboard Learn will be unavailable from 6 p.m. on Friday, August 7 until 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 9 for the Blackboard Learn upgrade to version 9.1.201410.
