Microsoft Teams has introduced its latest app for Windows and Mac users, which is accessible through a toggle switch labeled Try the new Teams in the upper-left corner of the classic app.

New features include:

• The ability to switch between organizations within the app
• Streamlined contact management within Teams
• Personalized avatar customization
• Enhanced notification settings directly in Teams
• The ability to choose how posts are displayed in channels
• Notification alerts on multiple devices
• Focused search in chat and channel
