Update (Resolved): 11/11/2019, 6:20 p.m. Beginning at around midnight on November 11, UNCG’s phone system experienced issues that caused poor audio quality, intermittent call failures, and other service functionality problems.  To correct these issues, system-wide maintenance was performed between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.on November 11.
