Update: (Resolved)Long-Distance Calls in Microsoft Teams and Genesys Call Center Outage on Campus
Between 2:15 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. on Friday, October 27, UNCG’s Microsoft Teams Voice and Genesys Call Centers were not able to complete outbound domestic long-distance and international calls. Changes to Shared Voicemail | Wednesday, August 30
On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, ITS will change the behavior of shared voicemail. After the change, shared voicemail will no longer forward a copy of voicemail messages to individuals.
