On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, ITS will change the behavior of shared voicemail.

After the change, shared voicemail will no longer forward a copy of voicemail messages to individuals. Consequently, shared voicemail messages will not be available in Teams. To check voicemail messages, individuals must log into Outlook, expand groups in the bottom left of the browser window, and check the voicemail there. Individual voicemail will continue to operate as normal.
