Between 2:15 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. on Friday, October 27, UNCG’s Microsoft Teams Voice and Genesys Call Centers were not able to complete outbound domestic long-distance and international calls.
The issue has been resolved.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue that impacts outbound domestic long-distance and international calls. Long-distance calls are not connecting and are playing an error message that instructs the caller to supply a carrier access code. Inbound calls are not impacted. Local calls and Teams-to-Teams calls are functioning normally.
We are actively working to resolve the issue and will provide updated information as it becomes available.
