Aruba Remote Access Point Service to be Discontinued | July 31
On Monday, July 31, 2023, Aruba Remote Access Point Service, used for teleworking, will no longer be offered at UNCG. The campus Wi-Fi network has been upgraded to Juniper/Mist products and the equipment supporting the Aruba Access points is being removed. RECENT VERSION OF CITRIX WORKSPACE APP NOW REQUIRED TO ACCESS MYCLOUD

UPDATE: (Resolved) MYCLOUD SECURE DESKTOP OUTAGE
At approximately 9:25 a.m., Information Technology Services (ITS) reported an issue affecting access to the MyCloud Secure Desktop. At 9:45 a.m. that issue was resolved.
