Chrome River, a new expense management software, has officially launched and is now available for all faculty and staff at UNCG. You can access the tool at chromeriver.uncg.edu using Single Sign On (SSO).

Key Features of Chrome River

  • Electronic Submission: Submit travel pre-approvals electronically.
  • Efficient Processing: Handle travel and non-travel reimbursements with ease.
  • Simplified P-Card Reconciliation: Streamline your P-card reconciliation process. (Note: The first PCard transactions to reconcile in Chrome River will be available on June 26 for the July statement period.)

Production and Testing Sites

Please ensure you are on the correct site when entering production and test transactions. Use your department’s funds for all test transactions so they flow through to your department leads for TEST approval.
