Beginning on October 2, Zoom cloud recordings will no longer require authentication for viewing. Alternately, cloud recordings will have passcode protection. As a result, when sharing a cloud recording, hosts must  provide the corresponding passcode for the recording. Information Technology Services (ITS) previously published a news article reporting that Zoom meetings at UNCG would immediately require a passcode or Waiting Room be enabled. UNCG G Suite users can now enable the Zoom for GSuite Add-on, available in the G Suite Marketplace.  The Add-on allows a Zoom Meeting to be created in Gmail and Google Calendar. In Gmail, a user can launch their personal Zoom Meeting room. In Calendar, a user can add a Zoom meeting to an event. [Read More]
